Selfcare Yoga with Samira Gruber
It’s time to consciously take time for yourself – and that’s what this soulful yoga week is all about.

Led by certified yoga teacher Samira Gruber, it’s suitable for beginners and advanced yoga students alike, helping you to become more self-aware of your body and mind through stretching, strengthening, relaxing, and meditating. 

Throughout this workshop-based retreat, Samira will introduce various yoga practices and methods. Such as classic asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, yin yoga in which you hold passive poses for a longer time. Samira is also well-versed in chakras (energy points in the body) and the ancient Vedas (sacred scripture).

9th to 16th June 2024 – 3 nights from €960 per person, staying in a Junior Suite on an all-inclusive basis.
