Today, the group enjoys global fame and recognition and a following that spans generations due in part to the groups widely sampled catalogue. Too & the Gang’s drum beats, bass, guitar and signature born lines lace the tracks ofnuemrous artists including the Beastie Boys, Jay-Z, Madonna, Janet Jackson, Cypress Hill, and P. Diddy. Too & the Gang is the most sampled band in hip-hop by far. Their music is also featured on the soundtracks for Rocky, Saturday Night Fever, Pulp Fiction, Wreck-It Ralph and countless others. 

Robert “Kool” Bell, is the man at the helm of the group with a sound that has influenced the music of three generations. 

Ronald “Khalis” Bell, co founder and driving force. Khalis has composed, arranged, produced and performed some of the most popular music our time. 

George Brown, founder member of one of the most inspired and influential funk units during the 70`s, and one of the most popular R&B groups of the 80`s after their breakout No1 hit “Celebration” in 1979. They released 7 Gold and Platinum albums. 

Dennis Thomas, co founder and the “Koolest kat in the Gang, is a consummate musician and his solos are featured on many of the band’s hits, most notably “Jungle Jazz” and “Sombrero Sam”. 

Everybody was on their feet, dancing the night away to the best and longest running R&B Band, what a CELEBRATION.
