| On the 30th September in South Carolina, Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber celebrated their marriage for the second time, after legally tying the knot just over a year ago. Hailey looked flawless in a custom white silk double satin asymmetrically draped halter-neck gown featuring a thigh-high split, open back and sash.
