Guests will have the opportunity to meet and greet and hit the waves with CJ enjoying an exhilarating surf adventure. All levels are welcome, from novice riders seeking instruction to advanced looking to perfect their style.
CJ Hobgood is a World Champion surfer who won his world title in 2001. A fan favorite who enjoyed a long and illustrious career competing on the World Surf League tour from 1999 to 2015. As a goofy footer (right foot forward) CJ earned a reputation for being unstoppable in big left hand reef breaks. He is synonymous with dramatic and death-defying wave-running in some of the most extreme surf locations around the world. Following his retirement in 2015, CJ turned his attention to chasing fun waves with his family and connecting fashion and ocean-life with his development of the Salty Crew brand.
Larger than life, CJ is perennially stoked and always focused on the positive. He’s without a doubt the guy having the most fun in the surf!
