Centro Botin and Renzo Piano put Santander on the global arts map

Summer 2017 marks the opening of one of Europe’s most exciting new Art centers the Centro Botin in Santander. The Renzo Piano designed structure glistens over the bay of Santander.  Its daring design pays testimony to the cities maritime history and renowned ship building. The signature exhibiton on display is the impressive works of Goya. The exhibition has been meticulously by the Prado head curator of the Goya department Manuela Mena. The sheer  number of works on show makes the exhibition an ambitious and remarkable display.
